The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

We’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you’d like to exchange your kit for another design, please return the original one and place a new order.

If your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos and your order number — we’ll replace the item or send missing pieces at no additional cost.
